What is the UWF PA Program?
The UWF PA Program provides an accelerated approach to gaining the skills and knowledge needed for success in a specific field. Through partnerships with established and cutting-edge companies, this program helps equip students with the tools they need to achieve their professional goals.
What types of fields can I study with this program?
The UWF PA Program offers programs in many different fields, such as business, health sciences, technology and engineering, psychology, criminal justice, hospitality management and more.
How long does it take to complete the program?
The duration of each program varies depending on which field you are studying; however most programs range from 6-12 months.
What qualifies someone for admission into this program?
In order to qualify for admission into the UWF PA Program, applicants must have completed at least 90 total credit hours towards an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university. Additionally all applicants must hold a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA on all coursework taken. All applicants will also need two letters of recommendation from former professors/employers demonstrating professional aptitude within the chosen field.
